We need a few days to process your order ( painting, packing, etc.. ), but your order will be process processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We would need extra processing time if you make special order of if you ordered a big quantity of our products! But don’t worry, we will let you know and it should be sent quickly!

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We accept exchanges within one week after receiving your order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
In the case of refund, once we get the parcel back, we will refund 100% of your order.
If you made a mistake at check-out ( such as wrong item, wrong colours, or wrong address ), please let us know in less than 24 hours, we will manage to correct your order. We do not guarantee any change after 24 hours.
